who we are Joe Hindmarsh - Founder and Principal Joe is the founder of the Revenue Performance Centre and one of the region’s most experienced consultant’s and keynote speakers, who is responsible for pioneering sustainable transformation across some of Australia’s leading B2B sales and marketing organisations. He has held senior management positions with Ernst & Young, Chandler McLeod, CPA Australia and British American Tobacco, and led numerous projects involving the build and execution of business strategies, CRM optimization, measurement and reporting, creation of marketing and sales process and collateral, staff development, and client care and retention. Prior to starting the Revenue Performance Centre, he worked Ernst & Young and before that was approached by Chandler MacLeod’s new technology group, to lead and create the ‘to-market’ process and collateral for the sales and delivery teams. As a specialist with over 12 years experience in strategic and tactical business-to-business sales and marketing disciplines, he brings with him an excellent consulting reputation founded on assisting clients transform their sales and marketing structure and increase overall revenue performance. In this field he has consulted to corporate clients such as SAS Institute, SEMA group, Sydney Cricket & Sports Ground Trust to name a few. In 2007 as part of the Ernst & Young team, he received the International Business Award from billionaire Donald J. Trump and a panel of global business leaders in Germany for their work in the field of implementing change management projects for clients looking to grow revenue. This experience and recognition sees him uniquely placed to add significant value to companies wishing to transform their sales and marketing performance. Joe holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from University of Western Sydney. Trent Lennox - Director Trent most recently held the role of Senior Manager, Revenue & Growth Risk Services at Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for engaging with organisations that experienced difficulty with achieving their revenue growth targets with a focus on aligning the sales and marketing functions through the use of various services including revenue performance diagnostics, strategic workshops and implementation services. Prior to Ernst & Young, Trent worked as the Regional Manager, Australia / New Zealand with Lenovo / IBM, tasked with forming and integrating its software business unit into the core PC business. During his tenure, the new software business unit achieved over 200% revenue growth. Previously, Trent spent four and a half years in senior sales / sales management roles at Pacific Internet. During this period Trent helped transform Pacific Internet’s strategy and position to become a leading corporate telecommunications provider in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this role, Trent held the position of Manager – Strategic Alliances at Computer Associates (CA), where he successfully delivered above target customer and financial growth across CA’s key alliance customers and partners across the Australia and New Zealand region. With over twelve years experience in both complex solution and transactional selling, Trent brings a wealth of ‘real world’ experience in sales and marketing to your organisation. Throughout his career he has helped drive profitable revenue growth by securing significant new clients across a variety of industry verticals, consulting to and working for organisations to form / consolidate new business units as well as working to defined sales and marketing processes to support organisational growth.
